Investment

Investment means a part of income, which is inserted to the funds. Investment is inserted to material estates, e. g. devices, factories, which would bring benefits in the future. Investment is an economical activity. Investment doesn't mean inserting money to accounts or buying stocks. Ordinary speaking, we use the word investment as any insert, e. g. that we did invest a lot of our time to some activity.
