Diet

Diet is an intentional change of the bill of fare, when we try to change either our state of health or our physical appearance, or both in one time, by the diet. There is a lot of diets in the world. Such as special soups, one specific diets or some drastic diets, when we have to get just a minimum of calories a day etc. Unfortunately, that way can provoke degenerative changes of our organism, diseases, such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia. The right and sane diet should be based on these rules: lots of liquids, balanced food containing a lot of fruit and vegetables, mostly white meat and minimum of sugar and animal fat.
