A dentist is an accredited medical professional who specializes in the care of teeth, gums, and mouths. A dentist has to be professional qualified to practice dentistry. Each and everyone dentist have to achieve a certain degree of skill in various disciplines to graduate from dental school and then earn licensure. Dentists do their training in one or more speciality areas (for example: surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, etc.) General practitioners, in contrast to specialists, can choose services, which they will provide. Dentists have to deal with procedures that involve actual manipulation of the teeth and gums. Dentists are also helpful to provide cosmetic care, especially the growing business in whitening teeth.
